How can I pay?<\/h4>\n\nDebit\/Credit Cards<\/strong>.<\/p>\nNote:<\/strong> You will need to provide your debit\/credit card information via our patient portal. A $3 processing fee is included in the price. A $20 scheduling fee is charged at the time when you make an appointment. If you cancel or miss the appointment, the $20 scheduling fee will not be refunded. If you reschedule the appointment, no additional scheduling fee will be charged. When you make your appointment, the scheduling fee will be applied towards your final payments and you will only be charged the remaining fee (total payment amount minus the $20 scheduling fee).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
