作为生物分析和生物制品服务执行副总裁，John Lin 博士领导公司全球生物分析实验室的运营。在加入方达医药之前，他曾担任阿斯利康全球药物代谢和药代动力学 (DMPK) 部门的业务负责人。在加入阿斯利康之前，林博士是 Avantix 实验室的实验室主任。

凭借 20 多年的经验，林博士目前的研究重点是生物分析方法开发和验证、干血斑 (DBS) 采样与 LC-MS/MS 分析以及生物标志物定量使用 LC-MS/MS。他撰写了 20 多篇研究出版物，涵盖了用于测定生物基质中小分子和大分子的 LC-MS/MS 方法的开发和验证、四本书章节和一项技术专利。他是Journal of Pharmaceutical Biomedical Analysis (JPBA) 和Journal of Chromatography B (JCB) 等多个国际期刊的特邀审稿人。

林博士在加拿大达尔豪斯大学获得分析化学哲学博士学位。获得云南大学分析化学硕士学位和江西师范学院福州分校化学学士学位。林博士在俄亥俄州立大学药学院和综合癌症中心完成了药代动力学和代谢方面的博士后研究。
